Cancellation and refund policy
Fair cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions for Signal Labcore work permit consultations.
Cancellation window
Cancel at least 24 hours before the agreed start for a full refund of consultation fees not yet applied to document review. You may reschedule once without charge with the same notice.
Work already begun
If you request advance document review and cancel after that work starts, we may retain a proportionate amount for time already spent and refund the balance. We explain that amount and the completed work. There are no purchased materials or physical goods in this service.
Late cancellation and no-show
For cancellation within 24 hours, up to 50% may be retained because the reserved time is unlikely to be reassigned. A no-show without notice is non-refundable. Exceptions are considered for documented emergencies and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Provider cancellation
If Signal Labcore cancels and no suitable rescheduled time is agreed, all affected fees are refunded. If technical failure prevents a video meeting, we first offer a new time; you may instead request a refund.
How refunds work
Email info@signal-labcore.digital with your name, appointment date, and cancellation request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Any deposit follows the same rules. No fee is retained for work that was not started.
