How Signal Labcore handles contact and consultation data for employment guidance in Germany.

Signal Labcore, Level 9, 38 Königsallee, Düsseldorf 40212, is the controller for data submitted through this site or used to arrange consultations. Contact: info@signal-labcore.digital.
We process contact details, case outlines, appointment records, billing information, and consultation correspondence to answer enquiries and perform requested services. Legal bases may include contract steps, performance of a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in secure administration.
Sensitive documents
The public contact form is not intended for passport scans, residence cards, health records, or other sensitive material. If a consultation proceeds, preparation instructions specify an appropriate channel and the minimum documents required.
Retention and recipients
Unsuccessful enquiry records are normally deleted within six months. Client administration and tax records may be retained for statutory periods; working copies are removed when no longer needed. Hosting, email, accounting, and professional advisers receive data only where required and under appropriate safeguards.
International transfers
We prefer providers processing data in the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data outside the EEA, we use a recognised adequacy mechanism or contractual safeguards and assess supplementary protections where required.
Your rights
