Why this practice exists

A change of employer is ordinary career life. For someone whose right to work is recorded in a residence title and supplementary sheet, it can also carry an administrative sequence that employers and candidates easily underestimate. Signal Labcore was formed to make that sequence understandable before notice periods and start dates collide.

Our working approach

We begin with the words on the documents: the type of residence title, issue and expiry dates, named employer or occupation, local authority, current employment, and proposed change. We separate facts from assumptions and explain where official confirmation is prudent.

The practice is led by Mara Stein, an employment mobility consultant with experience supporting international hires and German HR teams through onboarding and employer-change documentation. She works in English and German and maintains referral relationships with specialist lawyers for cases requiring legal representation.

Boundaries matter

We do not promise authority processing times or approval. We do not replace an immigration lawyer, submit filings, or ask visitors to place sensitive identity records into a website form. A consultation is useful when the need is preparation and orientation; we say plainly when the matter calls for regulated legal advice.

Based in Düsseldorf, available across Germany

Meetings take place by video or, by arrangement, at our Königsallee office. Because procedure differs between cities, advice is always anchored to the authority responsible for the client’s registered residence.
